Facts:

-On Monday night I went to Aerobics class with two of my house mates.  I will probably go twice a week.  It was fun and there were some cool dudes there.
- I still have not uploaded pictures.
- It has rained everyday and every night since I have been here.  Not continually though.
- The clouds are different here.  Little blotches that are very tall instead of wide.  I think thats what causes the shower spirts.
- The metal roof on my bunk house keeps me awake when it rains so I have to sleep with ear plugs.
- I killed another Cockroach and a big spider last night.  Another spider got away from me, they are super fast.
- We are fasting and I would love to eat something.
- I think the mosquitos are biting me through the bug net if I roll up against it during the night.
- On Friday there is another female volunteer coming.  It will now be 7 ladies and Dan...
- Instead of tending their lawns, the Botswanans tend their dirt... seriously.  Our neighbours yard has no weeds, just reddish sand.  He even sweeps his sand clean.  It is the equivalent of keeping a nice lawn in Canada.  Nothing grows here except weeds so they dig them up and burn them.  Our staff house is a bit of a disgrace to the community because the yard is huge and no one cares enough about the weeds to spend 10 hours a week digging them up.
- Hitch hiking here is a popular as public transit.  You pay the drive the same as the bus rate and they will take you along.  Sometimes they charge nothing but its quicker than the bus because they stop less.
- Yesterday I saw for the first time in real life, a lady carrying something on her head.  Not so common here I think.
- On Saturday evening Quintin and I schooled everyone at Foozball.  I also got schooled in chess by another kids that I cant remember his name.  It was like 15 letters long.
- During our fasting this week we are going through the book of Proverbs and discussing what God is teaching us everyday at 4pm as well as praying for our churches, family, regions, politicians.
- The tub in my bathroom is so high that I cant fully stand up or I will hit the ceiling/the hand held shower head wont reach far enough.  So I have been having cold showers while kneeling in the tub.  Its not to cold though.  More like pool water.  Last night I lucked out and had a hot one.
